The length and width of the retractable grandstand: According to the size and shape of the indoor venue space, the overall length and width of the grandstand are customized to ensure a perfect fit with the venue and make rational use of the space.
The number of rows and row spacing: The number of rows of the retractable grandstands can be customized as needed, ranging from a few rows to dozens of rows. Meanwhile, the row spacing can also be adjusted. Generally, the standard row spacing is about 900mm, but it can be increased or decreased according to the comfort of the audience and the requirements of the venue.
Seat layout: In addition to the conventional horizontal arrangement, special seat layouts such as vertical arrangement or staggered arrangement can also be designed to meet the requirements of different events for the audience's line of sight and space. For instance, in some small theaters, a staggered arrangement might be adopted to provide the audience with a better viewing perspective.
What size can the telescopic stand be customized into?
The custom sizes of indoor retractable stands are relatively flexible and can usually be designed according to the venue space and actual needs. The following are some common size ranges and related restrictions.
Length
Small stands: The length is generally from a few meters to more than ten meters, suitable for small meeting rooms, studios and other places with limited space.
Medium stands: The length can reach more than ten meters to dozens of meters, often used in school gymnasiums, theaters and other places.
Large stands: In large stadiums, professional performance theaters and other places, the length of the stands can exceed 100 meters, and some can even reach about 200 meters.
Width
Single-layer stand width: Usually the width of each layer of the stand is about 0.7 meters to 1 meter, which can be adjusted according to the size and layout of the seats. For example, the more layers there are, the larger the overall width will naturally be. The overall width of a common 6-layer stand is about 4.5 meters.
Total width of multi-layer stands: The total width is determined by the number of layers and the width of each layer. For example, for a common 6-layer stand, if the width of each layer is 0.8 meters, the total width is about 4.8 meters.
Height
Single-layer stand height: generally around 0.3m to 0.5m, which is convenient for the audience to sit down and watch, and will not affect the line of sight due to being too high.
Total height of multi-layer stands: The total height depends on the number of layers and the height of each layer. Taking the common 6-layer stand as an example, if the height of each layer is 0.4m, the total height is about 2.4m. It should be noted that the height of the stand must comply with building regulations and safety standards, and generally does not exceed 6 layers.
Number of rows
Small event venues: The number of rows is usually around 2 to 10 rows, which can meet the viewing needs of dozens to hundreds of people, such as small conference rooms, training rooms, etc.
Medium-sized event venues: The number of rows can reach about 10 to 20 rows, which can accommodate hundreds to thousands of people, and are often used in school gymnasiums, theaters, etc.
Large event venues: In large stadiums, professional performance theaters and other venues, the number of rows can exceed 20, or even reach more than 30, which can meet the viewing needs of tens of thousands of people.
Seat size
Seat width: Generally around 400mm to 500mm, 420mm or 450mm is common.
